On boggy hilltop with commanding views in every direction. Rectangular stone aligned NE-SW (H 1.75m; 1.51m x 0.65m). Bench mark carved on S face. Probably dates to the early medieval period, given the style and context of the carved bench mark, which may have had ceremonial or territorial significance. The alignment and elevated position suggest it may have been used for ritual, navigation, or as a boundary marker.
