Gallán is a two-metre rectangular standing stone on a southwest-facing slope in County Cork, Ireland. It has watched the land turn to tillage while remaining unchanged, marking a boundary or memory no longer spoken aloud. Its long axis points northeast-southwest, aligning with the sun’s path and the rhythm of the season.

Not shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map. In tillage, on SW-facing slope. Stone (H 2m; 1.17m x 0.23m) is rectangular in plan, long axis NNE-SSW.
