In pasture. Roughly oval mound of burnt material (16m N-S; 21m E-W; H 1.5m); W side cut by farm trackway running N-S; bordered by field fence on N side. The 1937 OS 6-inch map shows mound bisected by field fence; no visible surface trace of burnt material on N side of fence.
