In marshy ground, c. 120m N of Owenkeal River. Overgrown mound of burnt material, apparently cut by two drains running N-S. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
