In pasture, c. 15m W of stream. Partially overgrown, roughly circular mound of burnt material (12m N-S; 9.9m E-W; H 1.2m); central hollow. Recorded by Bowman (1934, 160) as 'exceptionally large, 57 feet diameter, over 7 feet high'. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
