Fulacht fia in Whitstone

Situated on low-lying poorly drained land with possible megalithic tomb (TN010-054) to the W. Two poorly preserved fulachtaí fia consisting of burnt material spreads visible in the section of a modern drain. The first spread measures 18m N-S while the second spread measures 8m N-S. The burnt material is visible in both faces of the drain however there are no surface indications of this burnt material.
