In improved pasture, on a gently undulating WNW-facing slope with a stream is c. 60m to the NW. Discovered as a burnt spread (diam. 10m) (unexcavated) during Cork-Dublin gas pipeline in 1981-2 (Cleary et al 1987, 7). The field boundaries to the NW, NE and SW have been removed. It is not visible at ground level.
