In small copse of trees, on SW-facing slope and c. 30m SW of another fulacht fiadh (9781). Horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (9m E-W; 8.5m N-S; H 0.8m); opening (Wth 5.4m) faces SE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
