What is recorded here

Fulacht fia is a water-heating cooking or bathing site, not a boundary marker. In Fahalea it is recorded near a rath in undulating pasture, but its exact place has slipped from the land. That absence makes the site harder to dismiss: someone heated water there, fed people or cleaned the day’s dirt from their skin, then left the stones for rain and grass to forget.
