What is recorded here
No visible chamber or standing wall remains, only a low oval mound of heat-shattered stone beside a stream in Eanty More. That sudden cracking marks water heated repeatedly until the rock itself failed. The valley is narrow, cliffted and ancient enough to hold several lost uses, from cooking to cleansing. A cashel and holy well lie nearby, suggesting this was never an ordinary field edge but a remembered place where people brought water, fire and intention together.
On the W side of a stream in a flat-bottomed valley surrounded by cliffs (H c. 15m) and opening to the SW, in rough pasture within a large multiperiod field system (CL005-160001-). Identified by Tom Coffey in 1996 (SMR file). This fulacht fia comprises an oval mound (4.9m NE-SW; 3.7m NW-SE; H 0.3-1m) of heat-shattered stones covered by thin sod. The mound may have originally extended c. 5m further to NE, where there is a concentration of small stones in the ground surface.
There is a cashel (CL009-053007-) c. 115m to the E and a holy well (CL009-053008-) c. 155m to the NE.
