Drominagh South holds a horseshoe of burnt stone thirty metres long, its gap facing the northwest like a mouth waiting to breathe. Inside that opening sits a small stone-lined well, perhaps a place where clean water joined dirty cooking water or where prayer replaced hunger. The shape suggests heat, repetition and shared labour, though no human name remains attached to the effort.

In pasture. Horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (30.5m NE-SW; 24.5m NW-SE; H 0.8m); opening (Wth 8m) faces NW. Stone-lined holy well (13978) in opening, measuring 1.1m NE-SW and 0.6m NW-SE.
