Clonleigh holds a fulacht fia beside ancient burials, though the exact spot has slipped from modern sight. The site likely served practical life near death, maybe cooking food or easing muscle pain while people honored the dead. That mixture of everyday heat and solemn memory makes the place feel complete rather than finished.

According to Seán MacCarthaigh (I.T.A. Survey 1942), there is a fulacht fiadh near the boulder burial (CO125-010----) and the long cist burials (CO125-024----). Exact location not known.
