Situated in gently undulating wet upland pasture at the SE end of a slight NW-SE orientated rise with lower wetter ground N-W. Another fulacht fiadh within the same townland (SL008-193002-) is located 14m to the ESE. Roughly circular flat-topped sod covered mound (diam. top 4m; diam base 16m; Ht 0.4m) of heat shattered stone and charcoal rich soil. A NNE-WSW orientated stream is located 8m to the E.
