What is recorded here
A possible fulacht fia was noted to the S of road in a boggy patch of land (information from T. Coffey). On inspection the area was covered with dense impenetrable briar and thorn growth and no visible surface trace of it was visible. Wetter ground to the N of the road was also checked out. It is possible that the monument was concealed by the overgrowth. Not located.
