Fulacht fia in Ahane Lower

Broker (1937,16) recorded a fulacht fiadh on Barry Meade's land 'in Coarse Meadow...partly removed, round, 6 yds. across'. Exact location not known. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
