Frodsham Hill rises to approximately 132 metres (433 feet) above sea level and is part of the gently undulating Cheshire Plain. It is composed mainly of Triassic sandstone and clay, and while not prominent geologically, it offers panoramic views across the surrounding Merseyside and Cheshire countryside, making it a notable local landmark.
