Friends Burial Gd stood as a small rectangular quiet place in County Cork before golf carts and tee boxes took over the land. North and east walls still hold the line where Society of Friends laid their dead, and a plaque on the east wall still names the purpose. People may have walked past graves thinking they passed garden beds, or children may have chased balls across soil that once received the departed. The living changed the shape of the place, but the walls remember the difference.

A Quaker burial ground, 18th–19th century. Significant as a rare surviving example of a Friends' burial site in the region, reflecting non-conformist religious practices.
