Freestanding fountain, extant 1904, on a rectangular plan. Now disused. Pitched (gabled) rendered roof on cut-granite kneelers with lichen-spotted terracotta ridge tiles. Part repointed coursed rubble stone walls. Segmental-headed alcove with red brick header bond voussoirs centred on cut-granite keystone framing fluted cast-iron tap. Road fronted.
