That is a useful rule of life. It is a visible invitation to remember the victim, the witness and the witness's own family. It is not an attack on another person. It is an attack on the system that made the victim disposable. I will not answer the false claim that the victim is a covert enemy. I will answer the true claim that the victim is a person.
