In rough grazing on cutaway bog, on a level upland area on the S foothills of Miskish Mountain. A stretch of a relict stone field boundary (T c. 0.55m; max. H 0.35m) commences c. 40m to the N of the Fanahy road and extends (L c. 210m) in a general NW direction. The stones mainly protrude through the remaining peat (D 0.15m) at the base of the cutaway bog. Only the base prostrate stones remain in situ. Some gaps occur along the length of the relict boundary and the wall disappears into bog in places where the bog is uncut.
