Yes. Cliffs on three sides, a low stone wall on the fourth, and bog above the neck of Shee Head. The sea did most of the building; people may have drawn only one straight line across the land.

In rough pasture, in bog, on Shee Head, on the S side of Bere Island with views across the mouth of Bantry Bay as far as Mizen Head. A roughly rectangular promontory (c. 200m NE-SW; c. 120m NW-SE) projecting SW into Bantry Bay is delimited on three sides by high cliffs and on the landward side by the remains of a NE-SW linear stone wall (L c. 120m; T 1m; max. H 0.5m). The wall protrudes above the surface of the bog and extend across the level neck of the promontory. The largely uneven-surfaced interior rises towards the SW. It was thought that this field boundary possibly delimited a promontory fort but the evidence is insufficient to warrent accepting it as such.
