On a terrace overlooking lower ground to the N. Rectangular grass-covered platform (dims 34.5m N-S; 25.2m E-W; H 1m) defined by flat-bottomed moats (at W: Wth of top 3.9m; Wth of base 2.8m; D 0.2m; at N: Wth of top 4.7m; Wth of base 4.1m; D 0.6m) with a field bank and lane outside the moats at E and S.
