Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1950, on a rectangular plan with two-bay two-storey side elevations. Now disused. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing glazed timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings in tripartite arrangement centred on square-headed window opening (first floor), cut-granite sills, timber mullions, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows having one-over-one sidelights centred on two-over-two timber sash window. Square-headed window openings to side elevations with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set back from road in landscaped grounds with rendered panelled piers to perimeter having truncated pyramidal capping supporting wrought iron-detailed flat iron double gates.

A farmhouse representing an integral component of the twentieth-century domestic built heritage of County Wexford with the architectural value of the composition suggested by such traits as the compact rectilinear plan form centred on a somewhat featureless doorcase; the diminishing in scale of the openings on each floor producing a graduated visual impression with those openings showing elegant tripartite glazing patterns; and the high pitched roofline. Having been well maintained, the elementary form and massing survive intact together with substantial quantities of the original fabric, thus upholding the character or integrity of a farmhouse making a pleasing visual statement in a rural street scene.
