Detached four-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, comprising three-bay main house block, with single-bay section to south. Now vacant. Pitched slate roof with rendered and rubble limestone chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening. Outbuildings to side (south) and rear (west). Rendered boundary walls to south.

Though now sadly neglected, this building retains much of its historic character and charm, through the retention of timber sliding sash windows, slate roof and substantial chimneystacks. Its long, low form sits well in the landscape. It is of an architectural form which was once common throughout the county, but is now increasingly rare.
