Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Onagh is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Onagh, County Roscommon, Ireland. A circular, slightly domed, grass-covered area about 33 metres wide held the remains of a low stone wall, with a 2-metre entrance at the south. The wall was best preserved toward the south and north-northwest but reduced to a low scarp toward the northeast and southeast. Another cashel stood about 150 metres to the west.

Visible on aerial photographs (GSIAP: M 229-30), and situated on a local rise in an undulating landscape. Described in 1995 (SMR file) as a circular, slightly domed and grass-covered area (int. diam. 33m E-W; 31.5m N-S) defined by the grass-covered remnants of a stone wall (Wth 1.5-2m; H 0.2-0.5m), which was best preserved S-NNW but reduced to a low scarp NE-S. The entrance (Wth 2m) was at S. It had been removed by 2007. Cashel (RO051-095----) is c. 150m to the W. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
