What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Corraree AND Ballygatta, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a low-lying position in an undulating landscape and presents a raised subcircular grass-covered platform measuring 26.5 metres north-south and 23 metres east-west. A one to 1.2 metre scarp defines the platform, while slight traces of a bank and a 2.8 to 3.4 metre wide fosse remain visible. No original entrance is identifiable.
In a low-lying position in an undulating landscape. Raised subcircular grass-covered platform (dims 26.5m N-S; 23m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 1-1.2m) with slight traces of a bank (at N: int. H 0.25m) on the lip of the platform W-N-ESE. There are slight traces of a fosse (Wth 2.8-3.4m) at the base of the scarp, but there is no identifiable original entrance.
