Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Mong stands close to the top of the W-facing slope of the S peak of Mong Hill, a subcircular grass-covered area measuring 29m E-W and 26m N-S. Its perimeter holds a grass-covered stone spread with intermittently visible facing-stones, while an E-W field wall now crosses the northern edge. The original entrance has vanished beneath grass and time, leaving the circle closed to human memory but perhaps still open to the beings local story claims dwell there.

Situated close to the top of the W-facing slope of the S peak of Mong Hill. This is a subcircular grass-covered area (int. dims 29m E-W; 26m N-S) defined by a grass-covered stone spread with intermittently visible internal and external facing-stones (at E: Wth 2.5-3m; H 0.1m). The monument is overlain by an E-W field wall towards the perimeter at N, and the original entrance is not identified.
