What is recorded here

No visible hall or chamber remains inside the circular cashel, but the cleared boundary still marks a deliberate refusal to blend into the ridge. People may have stood inside, watched the wood or kept something back from the path that cuts through it. The fairies keep the hidden part, returning only when human memory stops claiming the whole story.

On a high ridge in Garryland Wood. Poorly preserved almost circular cashel (25m NE-SW; 24m NW-SE) defined by a collapsed drystone wall (Wth 2m; int. H 0.35m; ext. H 0.5m).
