What is recorded here

Thirty metres of stubborn stone circle a forgotten life on the Galway slope, while modern fields cut through its eastern and western edges. The southern wall vanished entirely, perhaps swallowed by soil or time, leaving only a northern earthen trace to hint at the shape. People built the ring, lived inside it, and disappeared. The land kept the circle but erased the hands that made it.

On a N-facing slope in grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular cashel (E-W 30m) defined by a drystone wall from W through N to E. A field boundary cuts the monument at E and W, and no visible surface trace survives to S of it. Traces of an external earthen bank at N are possibly associated.
