Fairy fort in Garranes South: oval stone ring, 19 metres long, collapsed wall still standing eight hundred centimetres high on a west-facing slope. The southeast gap is narrow enough to force entry, wide enough to suggest invitation. People may have lived there before forgetting the name, or the fairies may have taken the house and kept the shape. Either way the stones still draw a line around the grass, and the line still matters.

In pasture, on break in W-facing slope. Oval, slightly raised area (19m N-S; 15m E-W) enclosed by collapsed stone wall (H 0.8m; Wth 3m). Gap in wall to SE (Wth 1.2m).
