What is recorded here

Fawnarevagh holds two stone rings, one forty-seven metres across and the other fifty metres away, both cut open by later field walls. The larger is a fairy fort in local speech, but its drystone edge and rough grazing setting mark it as a human cashel first. Perhaps families lived there before forgetting, then left the stones for myths to occupy.
