Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Corskeagh is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Corskeagh, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies a slightly raised oval area on a plateau above the Ox Mountains, where a drystone wall still marks the boundary. A small pennanular structure joins the outer wall at the southwest, probably serving as a sheepfold, while a second enclosure lies a short distance to the west.
Situated on a plateau, bordered at S by a cliff face, on the upper slopes of the Ox Mountains. Slightly raised oval area (18.5m E-W; 16m N-S) enclosed by the remains of a wall of drystone masonry (Wth. 2.8m; int. H 0.4-0.7m) which is best preserved at NE and E. Although poorly preserved at W, internal kerbing is identifiable. Poorly defined breaks in the wall at W (Wth. 2-2.5m) and SE (Wth. 1.6m). Projecting into the interior from the inner face of the wall at NW is a slightly raised circular area (diam. c. 5m) defined at SE and S by a low scarp (H 0.35m) and at NE and E by an ephemeral stony rise. Appended to the outer face of the 'wall' at SW is a small pennanular structure (3m N-S; 2.5m E-W) defined by a roughly built stone wall, probably a sheepfold (SL019-173002-). A short distance W of the site is the remains of a second enclosure (SL019-173001-).
