What is recorded here

That is a fairy fort, a circular cashel thirty-five metres wide on a low ridge in Corbaun, Kilcooly. It is not a small hut or a temporary shelter. It is a made place, large enough to hold a household, a herd, a festival or a winter storm. The road now cuts through it, but the circle still stands in the land.

On a low ridge in undulating pastureland. Poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. c. 35m defined by a much-collapsed grassed-over drystone wall.
