Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Carricknagat (tirerrill By.) is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Carricknagat (tirerrill By.), County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies the top of a southeast-facing ridge slope and preserves a circular stone wall around a twenty-metre area. The structure includes an eastern entrance, an uneven interior with protruding stones, and a shallow southern depression that may mark an underground passage. A terrace extends eastward below the main ring, while a separate enclosure lies fifty metres to the southwest.

On the top of a SE-facing slope of a ridge. An circular area (diam. c. 20m), covered with overgrowth, enclosed by a stone wall (T 2.7m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.2m). The wall survives best along the N arc and consists of internal and external facing of large limestone blocks with a rubble core. The entrance (Wth c. 1.8m) is at E and is covered with overgrowth. The interior is uneven with numerous stones protruding from the sod; the shallow depression of a possible Man-made underground passage (SL021-064002-) is evident at S. There is a terrace (c. 25m E-W; c. 12m N-S) immediately down slope to E, defined by a curved scarp (H 1.4m) along the N arc (which is revetted with a single large slab at the E end), and by a linear NE-SW field boundary to SE. There is a rectangular arrangement of upright and prostrate stone slabs (c. 8m E-W; 3m N-S) at the N end of the terrace. An enclosure (SL021-065----) lies c. 50m to SW.
