Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Caherkeegane is a ringfort - cashel in County Cork, Ireland. Its visible remains form a circular area (22m N-S; 24m E-W) enclosed by a stone wall (int. H 1m; ext. H 1.8m; T 5m) topped by field fence, set in pasture on a SE-facing slope. Local people may have lived inside that hard round wall, while others left it untouched because it belonged to the fairies.
