What is recorded here

Cahercon holds a collapsed forty-three metre cashel where trees and briars have strangled the drystone wall. A hidden underground passage cuts through the north half while a possible house site waits in the centre, suggesting people once lived inside what legends now call a fairy fort. The green has reclaimed the stones, but the shape remains large enough to swallow a shadow or a secret.

In level pastureland. Poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 43m) defined by a collapsed grassed-over drystone wall. There is a Man-made underground passage (GA113-055001-) in the N half of the interior and centrally located is a possible house site (GA113-055002-).
