What is recorded here

No hidden passage exists beneath the soil, only a shallow stone ring enclosing bare earth on a sunny Kerry slope. The missing chamber removes the magical danger and leaves behind a practical boundary, perhaps marking pasture or excluding livestock. People may have stood inside the circle to watch weather or gather before work, using the stone edge as a natural seat. The absent tunnel transforms the fort from a fairy trap into a human instrument, shaping ordinary life through exclusion rather than mystery.

In pasture on slight SE facing slope. Circular-shaped area (31.1m N-S x 35.2m E-W) enclosed by a very low earth and stone bank, with possible entrance feature at SW.
