What is recorded here

Eskerballycahill holds a faded ringfort, roughly twenty-four metres across, buried beneath grass and a western field bank. The earth has forgotten its shape, but the scarp still marks the boundary between human memory and fairy speculation. People may have lived there before the land smoothed their walls into nothing.

In level grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (E-W 24m, N-S 22m) defined by a scarp overlain by a field bank at W.
