Fairy fort in Ellagh, County Galway: an almost circular ringfort, 32m north-south and 31m east-west, still standing in undulating grassland. Its bank is stone-faced at the north-west and north-east, while a field bank wraps from east through south to west. The gaps may be modern, but the circle is old enough to stop a cart, hide a person, or be mistaken for a palace by children at dusk.

In undulating grassland. Well- preserved almost circular ringfort (N-S 32m, E-W 31m) defined by a bank which is stone-faced at NW and NE. Several gaps appear modern.
