What is recorded here

Ballycollin may hold a lost ringfort, though no one has marked its exact spot. The earth itself seems to be hiding the fort, as if pulling the stones back under grass and forgetting them. One day a boot may strike wood or a trench may reveal a broken circle, proving the field was not empty after all. Until then the fort remains a rumour in the soil, waiting for someone patient enough to listen.
