Fairy fort in Ballinwing, County Leitrim: a grass-covered subcircular platform, 38m N-S and 33m E-W, with an intermittently visible earthen bank 4-6m wide and at most 0.45m high. It sits on a rise in an undulating landscape, has no visible fosse or clear entrance, and its interior is partly quarried at the southwest. People may have lived there, marked it, or taken stone from it; the ground keeps what it keeps.

There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, and the interior is partly quarried at SW.
