Fairy fort in Woodstock, County Cork: a 35-metre earthen ring on a west-facing pasture slope, mapped in 1842 and gone by 1936. It is not pretending to be mysterious; it was eaten by farming. Two hundred metres north, another ringfort still stands, which makes the loss easier to see and harder to forgive.

In pasture, on W-facing slope. Shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map as circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m); as slight curve in E-W field fence on 1936 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; no visible surface trace.
