Situated on a slight rise in gently undulating pasture. Raised circular area (diam. 22m) enclosed by a scarp of earth (ext. H 0.7m). At the external base of the scarp is a fosse (Wth 1.8m). The fosse is visible W-NW only as a band of wetter ground. The original entrance is not recognisable.
