Fairy fort in Tullyglass, County Cork: a roughly circular earthen ring, 32.6m by 29.2m, with a low bank, shallow northern fosse and western gap. People may have lived there, excluded rain or kept something out; the names leave room for all three.
Roughly circular area (32.6m N-S; 29.2m E-W) enclosed by low earthen bank (max. H 1.2m); shallow external fosse to N. Gap in bank to W. Interior raised on S side to compensate for hillslope.
