What is recorded here

No amount of magic will restore what stupidity destroyed. That is the lesson of Tulla More. The little ringfort gave up its shape to human greed and forgotten rules. It vanished because people stopped believing it was worthy of protection. What is taken from the world in pride is taken in loss. It must be given back humbled.

Lisheen/Lisín (little ringfort). Marked on both editions of the OS maps, this sub-circular enclosure is cut slightly NE-SE by a small stream. This site also shows up as a discoloration on the Geological Survey of Ireland aerial photographs (1974). However, no surface trace survives today. The above description is derived from C.
