Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Tinnakilly (Peppardstown parish) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Tinnakilly (Peppardstown parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies a well-preserved sub-circular area measuring 34 metres north-south and 31 metres east-west within mature oak woodland. A well-formed earthen bank, 8.45 metres wide with an internal height of 1.9 metres and external height of 2.55 metres, surrounds an 11-metre-wide, 2.15-metre-deep fosse. A slightly staggered causewayed entrance 2.0 metres wide faces east-southeast, while a 2.2-metre breach appears at the east-northeast.

In mature oak woodland of Ballinard Wood, on a gentle E-facing slope. Well preserved sub-circular area (dims. 34m N-S; 31m E-W) defined by well formed earthen bank (Wth 8.45; int. H 1.9m; ext. H 2.55m) and fosse (Wth 11m; D 2.15m). Slightly staggered causewayed entrance (Wth 2.0m) at ESE and breach (Wth 2.2m) at ENE. Interior in woodland with carpet of bluebells and wild garlic.
