In level pasture. Circular area (30.1m N-S; 28.1m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.25m; ext. H 1.3m), with an external fosse (D 0.35m; Wth 3.85m) SE->NNW. Opening (Wth 2.3m) through bank at ESE with concrete pillar standing at N side; gap (Wth 1.2m) in bank at N worn by cattle accessing interior. Bank abutted by field boundary at NNW and SE. Interior level, dry and clear of overgrowth.
