Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Shanballybaun is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Shanballybaun, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular overgrown area about 25 metres wide towards the top of a south-facing slope in mixed woodland. A scarp 0.4 to 1 metre high defines the boundary, while drains surround the site and no visible fosse or entrance remains. Another cashel sits about 180 metres to the east.
Towards the top of a S-facing slope. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 25m) in a mixed woodland defined by a scarp (H 0.4-1m). There is no visible fosse or entrance, but it is surrounded by drains.
