Situated on a S-facing slope in gently undulating terrain. A roughly circular area (diam. 34m N-S) enclosed by a substantial earthen bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.76m; ext. H 2.9m) and a deep, U-shaped fosse (Wth 3m; D 1.6m). Possible entrance at E - the bank to the N reduces towards the gap, however the gap itself is obscured by vegetation. The bank at E has been quarried into.
