Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Seafield is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Seafield, County Sligo, Ireland. The oval site occupies a hillock above Ballysadare Bay and contains a raised area 24.90 metres long and 18.35 metres wide. A stone wall, outer ditch and external bank enclose this space, while a 2.30m entrance and 13m causeway cut through the eastern side.
Located on a hillock in undulating rocky pasture overlooking Ballysadare Bay. Comprises an oval raised area (L 24.90m, Wth 18.35m). It is enclosed by a stone wall with an outer fosse and external stony bank. The internal wall is best preserved in the W ( Wth 4.35m, H 0.50m) the fosse in the E (Wth 10m) and external bank in the W ( Wth 1.30m, H 0.50m). The entrance ( Wth 2.30m) is located in the E and has a corresponding causeway ( L 13m, Wth 3.50m).
